The ultra-luxury branded residences in Gurugram will be developed by M3M India and Elie Saab while in Noida it will be developed by M3M’s subsidiary company Smartworld Developers in partnership with Elie Saab.
Delhi-NCR based real estate developer M3M India will invest Rs 3500 crore to develop branded residences in Gurugram and Noida in partnership with global fashion and lifestyle brand Elie Saab.
The ultra-luxury branded residences in Gurugram will be developed by M3M India and Elie Saab while in Noida it will be developed by M3M’s subsidiary company Smartworld Developers in partnership with Elie Saab.
In Gurugram the “Signature Residences by Elie Saab” will come up in sector 111 along Dwarka Expressway while in Noida it will come up in sector 98 along Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
Pankaj Bansal, promoter M3M India and founder Smartworld Developers, said that collaboration with Elie Saab represents an important step in company’s vision to create branded residences defined by integrity, quality and long term relevance.
“The investment for Gurugram branded residences will be around Rs 2000 crore while the top line will be Rs 4700 crore. Similarly, the investment for Noida project will be around Rs 1500 crore and the top line for this project will be Rs 3500 crore. The starting price for Signature Residences by Elie Saab in Gurugram will be Rs 15 crore while it will be between Rs 9 crore and Rs 1.2 crore for Noida branded residences,” he said.
Bansal said that the cumulative investment will be around Rs 3500 crore while the total top line is expected to be around Rs 8200 crore.
M3M has already delivered Trump branded residences in Gurugram and has also launched second Trump Residences project last year. In October 2025, M3M India has launched “M3M-Jacob&Co” branded residences in partnership with global luxury watchmaker brand Jacob & Co in Noida sector 98.
Speaking on the occasion, Elie Saab Junior, Vice Chairman and CEO, Elie Saab Group, said that India’s economic growth, expanding global outlook and evolving luxury landscape make it a highly strategic market for the Elie Saab brand.

Elie Saab Jr also announced that the company will launch its first ever fashion store in India in Delhi soon.
“We are actively looking for a place in Delhi to open our first store. It will spread across 3000 to 4000 sqft space,” he said.
Elie Saab had launched its first branded residences in Dubai with Emaar in 2019. The company is currently running branded residences in 14 countries including Vietnam, London, Casablanca, São Paulo among others.
The Signature Residences by Elie Saab in Gurugram will comprise 300 residences having 4-BHK layouts ranging from 4200 square feet to 4650 square feet.
Similarly, Noida project will have 200 branded residences in 3 and 4 BHK layouts ranging from 2850 sqft to 3810 sqft. The project will also have 480 apartments in 1BHK and 2 BHK layouts.
“The total saleable area in Gurugram project is 1.3 million square feet and it is 1.2 million square feet in Noida project. The per square feet launching price in Gurugram project will be Rs 37,000 while in Noida it will be Rs 33,000 psf,” Bansal said.
