Port Your Property Offer
- Adjust amount to 2.5 time’s more.
Eg: the property was for 50 lakhs and the client has ma bede payments for 20 lakhs! Then he/she will have to buy for 50 lakhs in addition to 20 lakhs which means total 70 lakhs - Payment plan: 50:50 payment Of total new property value.
- Paid amount’s rebate will be deducted from total value initially only till launch.
Eg: total new property value: 70 lakh, 20 lakh shall be deducted initially only, 50 lakh’s 50% shall be paid ie 25 lakh now and 12% AR shall be paid( only till Launch) and adjusted in close to possession demand. Balance to be paid close to possession. - Projects not valid in this scheme:
M3M Sierra & M3M Natura - Rest All the projects are valid till launch, post launch 2.5 times shall be increased.
