Real Estate Developer M3M India has finally launched 900 plots in Haryana’s Panipat with a topline of rs 600 crore under its first plotted-development project M3M City of Dreams, the company said in a statement.
According to the M3M City of Dreams, the project is located in Sector 37 in Panipat where it is Phase-1. The company has come up with 900 plots, ranging from 140 to 180 square yards, which come with a valuation of rs 600 crore.
The company has come out of 900 plots, out of which 436 plotters have already been sold, with an overall sales value of rs 250 crore. The phase-I has been achieved for 50 acres.
The company received a statement on May 19 saying that the project has been launched in multiple phases. It will range from 140 to 1,000 square yards, 1.45 million square feet of retail space, and four clubs. There is ample space allotted to develop a green belt as a part of the green initiative by the company. The president of M3M India said that Sudeep Bhatt said, it is the company’s first plotted development project and, it will also offer best-of-the-class under one roof to our customers and investors with sustainable development at its crore.
M3M India has lined up the launching of a combination of about 8-10 ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects with overall saleable space of about 14-15 million square feet in the financial year of 2023-24.
