In the month of September, NCR registered sales of 6,236 units, up 59% consecutively. However, sales still low as compared to same time last year. It was 47% lower according to Liases Foras Real Estate Rating and Research.

NCR registered the maximum decline in inventory of 5% units among the top cities. NCR has 169,099 unsold units and it’s certainly a good development that the unsold inventory has declined now.
